Thanks, Jason! Now I can tell my little secret: my submission is a 100% crop of a much larger portrait,http://trainbird.smugmug.com/gallery/148030/34/41345326 A 6 MP camera has a considerable reserve for Web purposes.

A great capture of this yummy lunch, Iotatau. Maybe could inspire other posters to add something on top of their bare skin shots. Playing with water drops & some creative lighting would be a nice experiment.

Thanks for the comments! Jason, I sharpened the image a bit as suggested. The hairs of the moustache are better visible now... The remaining unsharpness is due to motion of subject (especially the tongue), camera (1/20 s, no support) and shallow DOF.

Wow, nice close-up! I can almost smell the baby food now!
Great how you caught the tongue in action like that, although I think the pic overall could use just a little sharpening as it has the effect of being a smidgeon out of focus or unstable.

Nice pic though.
