Round Drinking Fountain

Drinking fountains are pretty much everyday things - but I liked this one as it
carried the "circles and curves" theme of Frank Lloyd Wright's design of our county Civic Center.
Even door handles, sidewalk stones, and information signs carry the circle theme.

I like the idea of having something to hold onto for an older person getting a drink of water. And it looks a little bit like R2D2.

Not so mundane with that funky design. I'm not quite sure why, but the design reminds me of an old person's "walker". Futuristic style anyhow. Good subject for the Scavenger Hunt. The mundane not being so mundane.
