In Florida our winter scenes usually look a lot like our summer, spring, and fall scenes. But if it gets cold enough to freeze water and if my lawn sprinkling system comes on, then I get some icicles. And, I get a "winter scene". This is a close-up of some of the 1-2 inch long icicles.
