I agree. This is interesting and thought provoking. In sign language, a pointing finger like that can mean pain. The "ouch" in front of this one indicates a similar connection. But I don't understand the "woof" in quotes at all. Nor the upside-down pitchfork tine looking symbol on the hand. But then, I'm not 2016 "hip"... You got a very clear capture with your iPhone.
