Laura, it does look like "depo" but I believe it says "de no" meaning don't. Translation: "Please do not step on plants."

Is that "Favor de no pisar?? a las plantas"? It kind of looks like "depo" but I'm guessing it's "de no" Meaning "please don't step on the plants" :)

Something the lines of "Please _____ (don't know the second word) step on the plants. Thank you." I would guess the missing word means "do not". However, I'm not familiar with the word that is written on the sign. So it could mean anything. Just don't do that to the plants.
