Liberty Memorial
by Liz Bickel

I had to lay on the ground on my belly in the grass to get this Viewpoint.

The "normal" perspective of the scene is this: http://www.pbase.com/britestar/image/162063824
Yes, the street going by was a regular one with fairly high traffic.

Very cool! Great thinking to go for this perspective - and very successful in doing so!

Liz, this is an unbelievable difference! A prize winning photo that tells a story by shooting through that fence.

I really like this capture and viewpoint. It tells the story of the memorial in a most unusual way shooting through the gate with the memorial in the background.

WOW! This shot is wonderful. I love the viewpoint and the way you captured the tall building in the background. Very nicely done, especially when compared to the "normal" perspective.
