I had just gotten back from a 5-mile walk (a long one for me) and sat down on the couch to rest for a minute.
The bottle of water is empty (hydrate and re-hydrate during & after walks).
Zane decided he wanted to be in the picture, too, but I couldn't get a good angle with his feet in it. :)
