When one of our new software systems "goes live", we set up a "Command Center" to take calls about the new process or software.
They used to set them up in a quiet conference room downstairs, but decided that it would be better to set this one up right next to the lunchroom, coffee machine and elevators.
Because lunchrooms are quiet places??? And then they were surprised that there was noise.....
