While at Epcot yesterday, I noticed that they had put this sign up in the model train area (I love that spot) in Germany (part of the World Showcase).
It means "Cordial Welcome" according to Google translator.
They always dress up the model train area for the Flower & Garden Festival (in the spring) and the Food & Wine Festival (in the fall)
