Santa brought a new tripod - much better than what I had - now I can actually do a reliable HDR sequence. I still had a little difficulty with the lighting on the fur, but I may try the image again in a little different lighting conditions.

I think this is wonderful, Dave! It's unique and the hat really makes him look festive. Congrats on the new tripod too. ;)
