"We celebrate the establishment of San Francisco
as a gateway to the U.S., the transformation of
trade from inexpensive "made in Japan" items to
high quality electronics, automobiles, cameras and
other consumer goods, and raising the appreciation of
Japanese foods, beverages and entertainment."
