Small World Edited

The original Amall World was sort of boring, so I jazzed it up a bit. I added "sparkles" from a Zero Plug In on a seperate layer in Photoshop. I erased the sparkles on the dog and globe. I then did a spotlight effect with the Reder Filter in Photoshop.
