As much as I love fishing, I wouldn't be taking this chance. Jim is fanatical about his fishing (and fly fish guiding) but even he wouldn't put himself at this kind of risk. The bison did take quite an interst and began moving toward the water but didn't go any further. It wasn't this guy's time, I guess.
