This is one of my most favorite pictures. Jim and I had arrived in Ireland at 7:30 AM (the time in Ireland). However, our bodies thought it was 2:30 AM. We managed, somehow, to drive our rental car from Shannon Airport on an unfamilar side of the road (and of the car) to our bed and breakfast in Bunratty (Bun Raité). We were warmly greeted, struggled to our room and fell asleep. I don't know what time it was when I woke up to use the bathroom but when I went through the door, the light through the window was breathtaking -- I grabbed my camera and tried to capture it. I'm not certain I've done justice but I certainly remember the beauty of the light when I see the picture. My first picture in Ireland was taken in a bathroom at Riverside Bed and Breakfast.
