This is why we can't take him to the dog park anymore.

Technically, Bear is still a very young dog and Biscuit
has this belief that all puppies need to submit to him.
He doesn't hurt the other dog, doesn't even use his teeth.
He just makes a lot of loud sounds that aren't really
barks or grows and pushes the other dog to the ground.
Most dog owners at the park just stand there horrified,
so we avoid the dirty looks by not returning.

Judging from the photo it looks like Biscuit is using Dog Jiu-Jitsu.
Biscuit is supposed to only be a Boxer, maybe all the mixed martial
arts shows I watch is influencing him. It appears to be a classic
(front) leg sweep and shoulder throw which ends up putting Biscuit
in a full mount position with Bear on his back.
This is always followed by a spanking for Biscuit.
