Black "linen" tile from Italy, still needs to be grouted.
The vanity and toilet were replaced a couple years ago,
so we reused those instead of buying new.
The plan is for me to put up the wainscoting and paint
sometime after the contractors leave... it'll be similar
to what was in there before.
