In an effort to make the room look a little less like
an addition, we had a curved concrete step poured.
Hopefully, the change will make the entrance
to the house look a little less "porch-like".

The old exterior threshold will be replaced
with something more appropriate for interior,
and the whole step is going to be tiled.
