It figures right after Anna left we got a
too-close-for-comfort bear sighting right outside
our cabin (seen in the background).

Being this close to where we needed to get out of the car,
we were more than just a little paranoid. We argued about who
was going to carry the leftovers in, but finally decided
it would be Kim (the lock on the door stuck, I was the only
one who could open it). She wasn't too happy about that decision.
