Taking pics thru the plastic airplane window is hit and miss due to
all the scratches. This normally wouldn't have made the cut.

As the plane made its ascent from Brunswick, it circled and
gave a good perspective on the main highway. That's our road home
down below, disappearing into the horizon.

Again, I couldn't help feeling like we were missing out on the hours
spent together on the road. The pit stops, the snacks, the jokes,
being tired... some of that contributes to making getting home
more of an adventure than simply destination.
