There's nothing more toxic to a photo op than to instruct
the subjects to stop laughing. All of a sudden dumb jokes,
barking crabs, and unexplained outbursts of laughter turn a
would-be 2 second shutter release into 2 minutes of the photographer
saying things like "come on now", "are you ready?", and "I'm gonna leave".
I think Kim was behind the camera in these.
