This park is located off 31W near Ft. Knox (follow the signs for the "River of Life" church). We took the Tioga Falls trail on this trip. It was a 2 mile loop along a former military road that is now in the process of being reclaimed by nature. Once you reach the falls, you can return the way you came in or take the lower (and rather rugged) trail. Expect to cross some creeks ;)
We enjoyed our visit but it was the end of December yet still rather crowded. It makes us wonder how crowded it would be in the summer. However, the military historical markers were a nice combination with being outdoors. Interesting and relaxing. We plan to go back and check out the other trail (paved) that has more bridges and a cave.--Just found out the cave is off limits :(
