We got word that later in the day after I took this, quite possibly this nest has failed.

Both birds were off of the nest for a very long time only to return to the site but not sitting in the nest only perching on the branches above it and looking down into it.

As you can see earlier there was a bird in the nest more than likely on eggs at that point.
