The 1000 Islands Environmental Center is located in the city of Kaukauna, WI. Located along the Fox River, it attracts many mature and immature bald eagles.

When you are trying get shots of them along the river near the center it is difficult because you are shooting through lots of trees. On the other side of the river is Thilmany Paper, another place where they congregate.

The flight shots were taken while standing in Thilmanys parking lot. As soon as I got out of my vehicle there were about 3 immatures and 1 mature overhead putting on a great aerial show.
