These are pictures of my new handicap/wheelchair ramp. Since my right leg below the knee amputation on May 5th I have not been able to get out of the house without lots of help. Special thanks to my friend Randy Sweatt and my brother Dick for providing that help when I had to go to the doctor's office. With the help of Mike Bryant who helped us get the ball rolling, Nancy Moore of Habitat for Humanity, who organized the project, Ken Robertson and Kent Wright, who provided the labor through their classes at PHCC, and to the students from Henry Co. and Martinsville High Schools who did most of the labor,I now have a beautiful ramp. I cannot express my appreciation enough for all of their help and support. I would also like to thank all my Argus collector friends who donated to help pay for the lumber and other materials that made this project possible. I don't know your names but I apprexciate your loving support.
