I have come back several times and finding this image more and more moving. I finally figured out what it reminded me of. The E.A. Poe poem, "Annabelle Lee". Yes! His love that he lost to the sea.

Very strong and moving image, particularly with your caption. The empty wheelchair along with your words bring forth much emotion! Perfect tones for the mood of this shot! Superb work Doug! Vote!

Very poetic and moving. It's a beautiful scene, with great graphic and human elements. And your brilliant treatment gave a nice nostalgic feel. You really miss her, don't you? Thanks for the emotion, Doug. Big vote.
