Notice the two female trainers with the "jump high" signal: hand straight up in the air. You will see this with a red-headed boy in the "dolphin interaction tank", too (next photo). If you ever get a chance to visit Sea World, go to the dolphin feeding tank and give this signal---see if you can get one to jump out of the water.
