Nineteen Seventy - USS Bon Homme Richard, CVA-31

A few photos taken in 1970 during my WestPac cruise aboard the USS Bon Homme Richard, CVA-31. There are some shots of ship activities, Hong Kong, Singapore and the Philippines. These were originally shot mostly on Kodachrome & Ektachrome 35mm slide film, moved about 14 times and stored. The film was scanned and digitized in Dec., 2009, and show the effects of 40 years in storage.

I was an AV Ordinanceman 3rd class with VA 94 out of Lamoore Calf. and assigned to the 1970 last cruise on the Bonny Dick out of San Diego.
