When the GPS-facility of Pbase is up and running I may pinpoint this spot, now accept it is just a shot of what much of Ugarit looks like.

If I'm not mistaken, this is, I believe, the street to the east of the main royal palace area. This would be "Block 2" in the publication by M. Yon, The City of Ugarit (2006).
