On the site it is indicated this is a relief with a Bacchus scene. The Bradt Guide has it "Look also on the left for three large stone slabs on the ground, two of which are finely carved with magnificent reliefs where you can see elaborate leaf and floral designs, with vines and motifs showing worship of Bacchus, god of wine, and Pan with a flock of goats."
