Within the compound of the Archaeological Museum of Madaba there is another mosaic in situ. It is part of a chapel. [T]he lower level of the chapel is decorated with three geometric compositions of different sizes; these are separated by a mosaic which consists of plain white tesserae except at the north wall where there are flowers. The northwest panel, enclosed in a ribbon with leaves, is decorated with a composition of squares of various sizes, filled with interlaced geometric motifs and birds, including one in a cage.-- Piccirillo p128
