I did not find a description of a tower that I could climb, but that offered a smallish and rather ruinous roof, good for taking pictures, but little else. I named it, because of its connection to the east to the South Tower and its position anyhow SW Tower. In the caption of one picture I took I find I named it Roman Tower. It may be the right name, but I do not remember my source.
