Tek Kapı, a gate in the northern/northwestern city walls of old Diyarbakir. It's a minor gate, and I'm not sure if it's old or even possibly a modern opening, but it does have an beautiful Kufic inscription above it.
I have only this picture. The traffic was too annoying.
