At about 100 meters from the much more ancient Hekimoğlu Ali Pasha complex there is this building, a mosque that was founded in 1477, by a person who saw the conquest of the town in 1453. It was changed in 1852, part burned in 1914, and destroyed in 1927. The land held slums until 2007. Then it was obviously newly designed and, opened on 12-06-2017, now has an appearance that makes one wonder if this might be grouped under brutalistic architecture.
