This is a U-shaped stadium with some 10.000 seats, a runway of 200 meters. A monumental door (Propylaion) of 30 meters width and 7 meters height forms the north entrance. On the west side 21 high rows of seats are placed on the bedrock. Opposite them are only 8 rows, built on rubble supported by a retaining wall. Halfway down the west rows a protocol area for greeting athletes and gladiators had a gate of its own. In the middle of the east apses a gate allowed athletes and gladiators entrance. It dates from the late 2nd, early 3rd century AD.
