Located with GPS. Asklepieion (Fig. 2, 12) is the only known example of this cult introduced into Lycia by Herakleitos. It is located within the insula of temples that constitutes the south side of the city center and adjoins the sebasteion on the west. The only round temple of the region is found in the center of this complex with a courtyard. This building is the medicinal and health complex of the city and also contains a library which is the only known example in Lycia.
