Koca Yusuf Pasha Sebil; It was built by Koca Yusuf Pasha in 1786 on Dolmabahçe Meclisi Mebusan Street on the Rumeli side of the Bosphorus. It was later moved twice, once to the grounds of the Molla Celebi mosque, then in 1958 for the last time because of changes in the road.

Wikipedia: "Koca Yusuf Pasha was an Ottoman statesman. He was grand vizier from 25 January 1786 to 28 May 1789, and Kapudan Pasha (Grand Admiral of the Ottoman Navy) after 19 December 1789. He became grand vizier again, this time serving from 12 February 1791 until mid-1792."

The sebil is in a Bartoque-Rococo style and coffee and other drinks can be obtained, I have often sat in it's garden, watching the traffic race by. Great spot, great architecture.

He was a Georgian convert to Islam and also served as the governor of the Peloponnese.
