The passageway halfway the ‘Orta Sofa’ (Middle hall) or ‘Türbedar Odası’ (room of the ‘Türbedar’ = head of the personnel taking care of the graves); it gives access to the room in front of the Türbe of Seyit Battal Gazi. This aisle of the Seyitgazi complex was built in 1207/08 by the Seljuk, but re-modeled by the Ottomans in the late-15th century / early-16th century.

Note: When entering this southeastern aisle of the complex, one finds three rooms connecting with each other. These are called the ‘Orta Sofa (Middle hall). The specialists, however, do not agree upon the question whether all three rooms should be called also ‘Türbedar Odası’ (room of the ‘Türbedar’ = head of the personnel taking care of the graves); some of them reserve this name to the third room only (where the doors are that lead into the mosque and the mausoleum of Seyit Battal Gazi).
