Walking along Fevzi Paşa Street in a small garden there is the Mahmet Ağa Mosque. It dates from 1585 and was designed by Davut Ağa, Sinan’s colleague and successor as Chief Architect to the Sultan. Mehmet Ağa was Chief of the Black Eunuchs under Murat III.
