From the top of what probably was the Inscription Tower. I am near-certain this tower is the "inscription" tower, or its neighbour. The two look so much alike that - whatever it is - you can assume this is what it looks like. I walked to its top, and down a bit, but did not see any inscriptions. You see the road along the entrance, there is a small square with tea garden and playground.
