A viewer informed me this is the Küçük Ayvasıl Kilisesi, which Google gives as St. Anne's church. I then found "It is one of the oldest churches in the city. It is a basilica with three naves. It has no narthex. The naves have a round plan inside and out. There is a crypt on the floor. There are two T-shaped legs and two Ion-headed columns.
There is a Byzantine relief at the entrance gate and a repair inscription of the time of Basil I in 884-885. There are later frescoes." Elsewhere the 7th century was mentioned as the date of birth of the church.
