To the left of the entrance there is a fresco showing a tree, with a man seated at its foot (or maybe in it, the fresco has suffered a lot in that part). To the left of the tree there is a man standing, who seems to be greeted by what probably is an angel, to the right side of the tree. I suppose the man to the right is St, Gregory the Illuminator.
