I was told this is a chemical industry, where they make medicines.
On a map I find there are two factories producing medicines, the one behind the other. I think this most proabably is the Deva Holding one.
I took the picture over ten years ago, and think the whole area has changed too much to recognize anything but the tower of the Iş Bankası in the distance.
