So this is a kind of street as there are many in this city. Thanks to their many colours they look somewhat lively.
A viewer identified it (thanks): This a picture from Fuzuli Street. It is close to Kanak Boyu (along water way) which is closed to vehicle traffic so that people can stroll at night especially on summers.
