Tarsus 4421

On a central roundabout stood this unfriendly warrior. It's Kutalmışoğlu Süleiman Şah who, in 1082 conquered Tarsus, and procedeed to conquer Adana in 1083.

The city has lots of bronzes of historical figures (and some non-historical ones).
