I found an article with a picture of precisely this situation, the article was about the Yeni Kapı having been restored, so I hoped it indeed is it. Unfortunately, I later found a somewhat wider picture, taken as part of a series taken at the Dağ Kapı. with GPS data to locate it. So much for illustrations in articles.
