The Pervane Medrese (also called Alaieye Medrese), a classical court medrese (theological seminary) founded by Muinüddine Pervane on the occassion of the second capture of Sinop from the Trabzon Greek empire in 1262. His grandson is buried in a room at the right hand end of the courtyard, who was Gazi Çelebi who died in 1322.
