Tire Karahasan Mosque

The Karahasan mosque was just another mosque, but around it was a garden where the gardener must have had more urgent work to do, and in the garden was a türbe (tomb). Inside I saw at least two graves, and some coffins, waiting for action. The light was nice, and it was cool.

From another site I gather: Karahasan Mosque, which was constructed by Karahasan, the grandson of Aydinoglu Mehmet Bey, is famous for its minaret’s having corncob-like motives.
