Slightly left of centre and a bit below the middle is the otogar, the modern two-floor bus station to every city in the country. I cannot drive a car, so I am very dependent on these facilities. It takes a bus ride of say half an hour to the otogar, but then you can almost certainly hop a bus within the hour to whatever you destination may be. Fares are decent, the busses often brand new, service is good.
