This picture shows the road to Samsun, that is under construction. It was harvest time, and for stretches of kilometres the road had been covered with plastic sheets, on which tons of wheat were spread to dry. The picture was taken from a moving bus and just wants to record a strange situation.

I have a picture in the Niksar gallery where a woman is sitting on a much smaller quantity of wheat, and shifts it with her hands. This man had a similar job at foot, shuffling through kilometres of wheat, turning it while dragging his wheat.
