On the road to Fethiye (has a gallery of its own) you will come by Patara. I went there not for the beach (which is great) but for the antique city.

I will not explain most of the pictures, since I cannot reconstruct what they portray. You get some impression of the wide plain the city sits in, and its extent. Though it probably is a bathhouse.
